YouTuber Mikey Pearce launches vegan burger delivery kitchen in Brighton

The restaurant industry has been heavily impacted by the ongoing coronavirus crisis, but many creative entrepreneurs have been coming up with ingenious ways for people to enjoy tasty foods from the comfort of their own homes.

Passionate about plant-based food, YouTube star Mikey Pearce has joined forces with his childhood friend Abe Garman to open a new plant-based delivery kitchen concept on June 25 in Brighton.


Clean Kitchen Club will specialise in serving 100% plant-based burgers with an exclusively menu designed by their team of chefs, including Head Chef Andrew Peters and MasterChef finalist and ITV regular chef, Stacie Stewart.

The mouth-watering menu will feature a range of belly-busting dishes to please every palate such as the Buffalo Burger with THIS isn’t chicken, buffalo sauce, vegan cheese, fresh dill, vegan mayo, lettuce and tomato.

The menu will also feature tasty treats such as fully loaded fries with Sriracha mayo crushed peanuts, toasted sesame, crispy onions and melted vegan cheese and vegan Snickers bars for dessert.

Ambitious plans 

The team have big plans for the new concept but have set their sites on opening one in every major city in the country with Manchester, London and Edinburgh the first in line.

In a statement sent to Vegan Food & Living, Mikey said: “We’re living in a new world and I don’t see things going back to normal for quite some time. I’ve wanted to launch this project with Abe for years and now is the perfect time. We have some incredible food designed by some equally amazing chefs on offer and can’t wait to see how people take to it.

“Our aim is to become the fastest growing plant-based delivery-kitchen brand in the UK. We’ve got our eyes on every major city in the country with Manchester, London and Edinburgh firmly locked in our sight for the first few openings.

“We don’t want to just be known for great food though. We want to have a positive impact on the communities around us. Abe and I are already looking at ways to ensure we make positive changes around us, including a Brighton beach clean day and supporting local charities.”

Andrew Peters, Head Chef, Clean Kitchen Club echoed his sentiments, adding: “I’ve followed a plant-based diet for nearly a decade now and I’m proud to bring you this fantastic tasting menu.
